About Keven
Keven Scharaswak is the Owner and President of SkazPro Consulting, a managed service provider that helps businesses make their technology work as one dependable system.
SkazPro supports the whole stack: managed IT, help desk, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networks, servers, backups, business phone and VoIP systems, cloud infrastructure, websites, CRM and ERP platforms, and custom business applications. When an off-the-shelf product doesn't fit, Keven builds the integration or automation needed to get the job done.
Artificial intelligence is one of Keven's core specialties. He holds a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and develops practical AI agents, voice and transcription systems, computer-vision solutions, knowledge platforms, and workflow automations. His work connects AI with the tools businesses already depend on, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, QuickBooks, Odoo, NinjaOne, Kubernetes, and unified communications platforms.
Keven is recognized as a Microsoft Titan and holds multiple additional industry certifications. More importantly, he brings a hands-on, real-world approach to technology: explain it plainly, build it properly, secure it, and support it after the dust settles.
A United States Marine Corps veteran and father of four boys, Keven leads with service, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility. His mission at SkazPro is simple: take ownership of the technology, solve the hard problems, and give business owners one dependable partner they can call when something needs fixed, or when they're ready to build what comes next.
