About Josh
Josh Walther is a Certified Professional Inspector and owner of BoardWalk Property Inspections LLC. BoardWalk provides certified full home inspections, radon, mold and water testing, sewer scopes, thermal imaging, moisture inspections, and pest inspections.
With hundreds of continuing education hours, Josh is committed to staying current with industry standards. His contractor experience, formal accredited inspector education, and advanced knowledge of home systems give clients confidence that every inspection is done right. He is practiced in thermal dynamics, building science, and building envelope construction.
BoardWalk uses high-end inspection tools, including high-definition sewer scopes, locators, detectors, and infrared thermal imaging, to identify moisture, electrical overloads, energy loss, and pests. Josh has served Wyoming communities for more than 23 years.
