About Don
Don Nath is a Business Development and Outside Sales professional with Patriot Diesel & Automotive in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he focuses on building relationships with businesses throughout the region and helping customers find dependable solutions for their automotive, light-duty, and heavy-duty vehicle needs.
Don brings decades of automotive knowledge and a strong background in both business and leadership to his role. Before moving into business development, he served as Service Manager at Patriot Diesel & Automotive, overseeing the busy heavy-duty truck repair operation, its technicians, workflow, customer relationships, and day-to-day performance. That hands-on experience gives Don a unique perspective in sales: he understands not only how to build relationships, but what it takes behind the scenes to actually deliver on the promises made to a customer.
For Don, business has always been about relationships. He believes the best referrals come from earning people's trust, taking care of them when they need help, and connecting them with the right people, even when there isn't an immediate sale involved. That philosophy is a big part of what he brings to The Roundtable.
Outside of work, Don is a lifelong automotive and motorsports enthusiast. Motorsports have also been a big part of his family's life. For years, Don and his wife, Jenni, spent countless weekends traveling throughout the region as their children, Angelle and Kameron, competed in motocross, a chapter of their lives that created some of their family's favorite memories. Today, Don's passion for motorsports continues through high-performance cars and drag racing, something he especially enjoys sharing with Kameron as they build, race, and spend time together at the track.
Above all, family and relationships are at the center of Don's life. Whether he's spending time with Jenni and their family, working in the shop, at the racetrack, or out in the Cheyenne community, he values the people he's met and the relationships he's built along the way.
Don is proud to be part of The Roundtable and believes strongly in its purpose: local professionals helping one another grow through genuine relationships, trusted referrals, and doing business with people they know and respect.
